유방에서 발생한 횡문근육종

횡문근육종은 소아연령에서 가장 흔하게 발생하는 연부 조직 육종이다. 약 14%에서 진단 당시 전이를 동반하고 있으며 전이된 경우에는 5년 생존율이 20% 미만이다. 가장 흔하게 전이 되는 곳은 폐, 골수이며 유방으로의 전이는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 14세 여아에서 발생한 유방으로 전이된 횡문근육종의 영상의학적 소견을 보고하고자 한다.
